The location is absolutely excellent. You have easy access to all the sites in Washington DC and you can almost touch the Pentagon from your hotel room. The rooms are large and clean.
The hotel is less than 10 mins walk from Crystal City DC Metro Station. The room is decently sized with two large double beds. The general cleanliness of the hotel and the room are both good. Good place to stay before an early flight from DCA. You can also store your luggage after check out if you want to explore the neighbourhood, such as visiting the Pentagon and the Arlington National Cemetery.
There are limited restaurants nearby, but there are good selections if you are using the delivery service.
Room had nice views of the DC skyline, including the Capitol building & Washington monument. It was very easy to get Downtown as Pentagon City metro station is only around a five minute walk from the hotel, and it's 2 stops to get into DC. The hotel is in a nice walkable area with lots of coffee shops/restaurants and the Pentagon City mall a short walk away.
Breakfast was good, eggs & toast.
I liked the area it was in + a shopping centre wasn't far.
The receptionist was really nice and helpful.
Arlington cemetery & the pentagon are only 20 mins away.
It's really easy to get to by public transport from Dulles. Just get the silver line to Rosslyn, then change to blue line to Pentagon city & last get the 87 bus. Believe it or not its a lot easier then it sounds.
The breakfast was ok, though bit disappointed by the paper plates and packaging, just felt like a lot of throw away! Enough variety for us and the kids though. Transport connections very good, bus stop next to hotel took us to the pentagon and ample metro links. The pool was great, surprisingly warm and fun, though morning opening would be even better. The room was spacious and really helpful to have both fridge and microwave, very family friendly overall.
In an excellent location! close to the Pentagon Metro Station and easily accessible into the Centre. The hotel was very clean and had great amenities and facilities!
