Great price for NY location beside the infamous Chelsea Hotel and 5 min from the High line raised park walkway. Choice of subways lines close by. Includes breakfast staff are great and welcoming.
Room was good & very quiet. Excellent breakfast with a range of choices. Good location for many tourist things & right at a subway station for easy access to more distant sites. Easy Walking distance to Times Square, the High Line, Empire State Building, shopping and longer walk to Central Park.
For me a great location, Not my first visit to NY so didn´t need to do the main touristy things, was able to walk comfortably to the High Line for example and Chelsea Market, Felt safe as a single female travelling alone.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, the rooftop bar was great, and we had a fabulous view from our room (24th floor). The location was also perfect, within close walking distance to metro and bus stops, and we walked to Central Park, Times Square, MoMA, The High Line, and many more places.
