Excellent location, clean and spacious rooms. I was worried about the bathroom from other reviews but the glass is frosted and the room did not get humid and stuffy from the heat of the shower. The staff was stellar. I had an issue checking in and they handled it beautifully. I was impressed with the crisis management.

The views are amazing everywhere you went. We got upgraded to a suite! The staff was super kind and helpful with directions because elevators can be a lil confusing the first time. We stayed on the 50th floor! Pool is gorgeous. Gym is amazing and peaceful.

I’ve stayed there many times and have been happy there. However the last 2 reservations I’ve had there have been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE. The registration staff are so RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. The last time went the computers were down and they wanted me to just sit and wait until they came back up. It was 1:00 am and we were exhausted. We ended up at a different hotel just so that we can get some rest. It’s time we went and the woman tried to tell me that I have not paid for the room which I already had and since I didn’t have my Physical drivers license due to my wallet being stolen that morning I couldn’t check in, they don’t Apple Pay so I couldn’t even if I wanted to use that for the deposit which they wanted $500 cash for this was outrageous I thought. The woman at the front desk was so rude and so unaccommodating she said I could have the room for a few hours since it was after midnight and we have to check out at 11. It was about 3 o’clock in the morning. So I told them to cancel the reservation and, going to a different hotel with the comedy evening with no problem. Then I went back downstairs to get my car from valet trying to leave and then all the commotion at the front desk. I had lost my valet ticket told me that I would not be able to get my car since I didn’t have the ticket. I thought that was outrageous. I had dropped the car with them 15 minutes before that. I told him to call the police because they could not just keep my car. I didn’t know what he meant by that but he told me to call them when I started to end up hand the keys to my car I’m spending the kind of money that they charge, you would think that they would be more accommodating to our needs. I don’t recommend anyone should stay here under these conditions. It’s sad that they have to treat people the way they do and I don’t understand the reason why.
