The hotel is beautiful for one, its classic exterior and superb location are what initially drew me. But what I quickly learned in staying here is that the staff is exceptional - warm and accommodating beyond what I had expected. Wow. Not only would I stay here again the next time in town but I’ve recommended it to others who I know would love the classic feel, big rooms and great food (Uni!). It’s even dog friendly!

Everything was beyond our expectation. Great place to stay. Staff was superb. The rock/music theme was very well achieved. Interesting memorabilia. A guitar in the lobby for any guest who may be willing to play it. The LP selection to choose from and bring to the room. The breakfast selection was also very well chosen, lots of options to choose from. I was a little bit concern about music being played in every room but the hotel and the room was quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed here years ago and love all the updates. It is so much nicer than I remembered. The staff was wonderful. From the valet to checking in and checking out everyone was helpful and nice. It is the ideal location when we are at an event at the TD Garden. I had mentioned that we were celebrating out 20 year anniversary and there was a hand written card and chocolates in our room. Such a nice touch. GREAT showers. Best hotel shower ever.
The front desk staff was exceptional, especially Trevon who made our stay a lovely experience. The valets were also kind and knowledgeable. The location is ideal for walking to the North End, Boston Market and TD Garden. The drinks were delicious and opening up the window allowed a cool breeze to filter in making for a lovely night. There are plenty of comfy seating areas around the hotel which were pleasant and inviting.
The facility was clean, had recently been renovated. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. In a great location for the train (north station) and TD gardens. A bit out of the way of restaurants and sightseeing.
There was no breakfast, or coffee/ hot water. I did not ask for a quiet room, i opted to reserve a bunk bed in a female dorm, with shared bath.
Initially the hotel was a challenge to find, i suggest parking on the TD Garden parking garage, entering from Causeway St. 5 min walk. The hotel/ hostel is new, so everything is new and clean. If you don't mind being in a hostel environment, the Meco is excellent. You are in town, and walking distance (12 min) from Boston General Brigham hospital. I was very happy.
The staff was extremely friendly. I came in a few hours before check-in and decided to hang out in the lobby. Lynn, who was bartending, was very friendly. The room was a bit small, but they utilized the space efficiently. The size of the room wasn't a big deal since I was going to be out all day. Locations is prime. Right next to TD Garden. Without a doubt I will be booking with CitizenM on my next visit to boston.
Perfect location if you’re staying the night after an event at the TD Garden. The proximity of this hotel cannot be beat. I really enjoyed the theming, tech-forward amenities, and cleanliness of the hotel. We had a ‘premium room,’ so the view of the Boston skyline was expansive and picturesque. I’m not sure what the other rooms offer in terms of their views.
The Bostonian is a perfect location. Its right next to Fanueil Hall, a quick walk from the Northend and historic restaurants (Oyster House, Bell in Hand and more). We stayed over for a concert we wttended at TD Garden. It was a beautiful summer evening and we were able to walk to and from the venue (it wasn’t our initial plan, but the walk was not as bad as we thought). This is our 3rd time staying here. Highly recommend!
