Location was an easy walk to the strip, had a nice view of the mountains from our window. Pool was great too. Our rooms were super clean and had no smell, bugs or stains. Most of the staff and other guests were super friendly and breakfast was decent. We got to see a bear several times from our window. Ice and vending were offered, as well as laundry and a gym although we didn’t end up utilizing that. Overall a great hotel and I would recommend it to anyone coming down to Gatlinburgh :)

The room was very spacious and clean. The location was great and the office staff where very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the stream view from the balcony and the outdoor fire pits. We will definitely be back next time we visit Gatlinburg.

The lobby was very inviting. The breakfast was great biscuit gravy, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereals, yogurts, muffins, etc., etc. juice orange juice just wonderful seating area was overlooking the beautiful river. Our room was clean, comfortable loved that the vanity was outside of the tub, shower and commode and the Dressing table area was lit perfect, and the balcony was awesome to sit on the river. The swimming pool was indoor, which was very nice but they fire pit was not working at the time.
