The location is amazing, right in the middle of Gatlinburg on the strip. Walk to shops, restaurants, Ober chairlift, etc. The price was amazing. It's pretty much a no-frills hotel but it was clean and comfortable. The elevator broke the first morning we were there and knowing my husband was disabled the hotel offered to move us to the ground floor if they did not get it fixed that afternoon. It got fixed so we didn't need to move but I thought that was very nice. Being right there on the strip and within walking distance of everything saved us a lot of money in parking fees. I would go back to this hotel next time we are in Gatlinburg.

Gatlinburg is a beautiful town with many attractions. The people are laid back and helpful if you have any questions. The mountains are always breathtaking and definitely check out the salt and pepper shaker museum. It's probably the best value of anything you will find.

We love Gatlinburg so much, we come every single year.
We love Gatlinburg so much, we come every single year. Our favorite thing to do is walk the strip and go into all the shops, restaurants and enjoy the adult beverage taste tests (breweries, wineries, distilleries, ciders, moinshine - truly has it ALL!). The funnest thing we do is ride the mountain coasters - the ones on the strip and the ones in Pigeon Forge. Gatlingburg offers so much to do for individuals, couples, families and or a group of friends. It's one of our favorite locations for vacations.

came up for the parade, which was worth the trip.
came up for the parade, which was worth the trip. Went to Pigeon Forge for shopping. We would have walked around Gatlinburg like we have done in the past but the wind was blowing very strong and the temperature was cold.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms have a nice design and were cleaned well. Generous breakfast bar with a good range of choices. Located very close to downtown Gatlinburg, I is any easy walk and great to be able to park at the hotel and just walk around all the shops. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Gatlinburg!!!
Good location. Comfortable and clean bed. We travel to Gatlinburg mainly to hike and eat the great quality of foods offered in the area. The cottage we were in was right on the river, and we liked the scenery a lot. Other than that, bathroom was clean and the place was overall convenient.
The location couldn’t have been better. Steps away from the trolley stop, Ripley’s Aquarium, the main strip in Gatlinburg and River Road. River Road is a great option to bypass the crowds on the strip, and has some hidden gems that might be missed if you stick to the main road.
Clean and basic and an easy walk to the main drag without the noise of the main drag. We saw a bear doing its evening wander around the hotel which was a huge highlight. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.
