The lobby, breakfast area and room, all were welcoming and clean! Staff was professional and helpful with all questions. Comfortable and well decorated seating arrangements of chairs were placed throughout the hotel.....You always had a comfy spot if you were waiting for a friend. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious! And we enjoyed the balcony....only a street view but the weather was beautiful and so pleasant to sit outside! As beautiful as the hotel was, I have to say our very favorite and most appreciated hotel experience was having a shuttle golf cart take us to and from the beach along with providing beach chairs and beach towels!

Great location right by Dewey and Rehoboth beaches. Close to many restaurants. Easy check-in with a code on the door. Comfortable and airy space. Kitchen had all the basics. Washer/dryer came in handy for keeping towels dry. Excellent to have a pool to use in the evenings to wind down. Kids enjoyed the foosball table in the game room. Would definitely stay again!
The breakfast was not what I expected at all. I expected a better variety which included breakfast sausage or bacon, eggs (scrambled or omelets), fruit & pastries. I did like the size of the room and that the hotel was pet friendly. I forgot to mention that I did like the grass pet area and the fact that they provided poop bags for the dogs and had the trash can nearby as well. The outside of the hotel was pretty nice and it was close to Rehoboth Beach which that was convenient.
The newer modern facilities were very nice. Our room was a very nice setup but it could have been cleaner. The heated saltwater pool was great for our little one. And the location off of DE-1 was perfect for our beach getaway. I love how the hotel was not directly in the hustle and bustle of Rehoboth Beach.
Brighton Suites is an excellent option right in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. Location is wonderful with the beach so close and many great restaurants and cute boutiques all within walking distance. The hotel suite was clean, spacious, and had great amenities. Would definitely stay here again!
This hotel is in a fantastic location for families visiting Rehoboth Beach. It is near one end of the boardwalk so the arcades and such are not in your face but are only a short walk away. The beach was only a 2 min walk for my two little kids - couldn't ask for more convenience. On site parking for 1 vehicle is in a raised lot, not on street.
Great hotel. Extremely well run. Place was clean. Unlike most hotels these days, housekeeping was exceptional! Location is terrific. Within a few blocks you can reach the beach and most of the Rehoboth Beach shops and restaurants.
It was clean and the staff were nice .But I didn’t like when I left my room for the afternoon and I put the card up in my door for no housekeeping and she still came in and was peeping into stuff that was private !! I don’t like that it’s intrusive and I was ready to go to another hotel if it wasn’t for the last night of my vacation..it’s a few blocks from the boardwalk so you do have to walk a few blocks to get to where you want to be.. It’s the cheapest hotel in Rehoboth beach!
Location was perfect, no need to use the car to go to restaurants, town center or Rehoboth beach!
Room was very clean and hotel very quiet, there was plenty of spaces to sit and relax. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, a large variety of pastries, omelets made to order, ect.
Parking was very nice and easy. No surprises!
