Hotel looks brand new. Decor is very modern and clean. It is located within walking distance to natural grocers, restaurants andncoffee shops and away from downtown but close by. The gym was very nice.

It's fine if you can get down here on the lightrail or...
It's fine if you can get down here on the lightrail or something, but street parking is also a pet peeve of mine, so anything with street parking and walking I hate. So take this with a grain of salt. You can pay for very expensive parking as well if you're rich, but with the cost of living in Colorado, unless you're making bank, everything here SUCKS!!!!

The convenient location to everything. You can walk or take a bus right to Union Station. If like me Ball Arena for a concert. The view is immaculate to see sunrise. Breakfast area was spacious.
I love this hotel. Itwas right across from the ball Arena and very close to downtown Denver. Very clean and wonderful staff. Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. My son loved the morning breakfast, especially the waffles.

Nice free parking. Breakfast was great. Walk to ball arena was nice and close 22 minute walk.staff was great on Tuesday the 19th of march both check in and check out came for Madonna concert and on march 22nd for avalanche game.
The location was in the middle of downtown Denver and a bit chaotic, but we chose that place because we were heading to Ball Arena. It was great. All of the employees at the hotel were super nice. They gave us the feeling that we mattered.
Great location in Downtown Denver! You can walk to so many interesting places (Art Museum, Larimer Square, Ball Arena, Union Station, Public Library, etc). It's always great to have breakfast included which was really good. The room was spacious and well equipped (coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, TV). 10/10
What a lovely historic hotel! I wish the hallways and walls could tell their stories. I stayed to avoid Uber nightmare after the Eagles show. I will make this a habit for any show I see at Ball arena or empower field.
Location was good, the restaurant was yummy, and staff were very friendly! The Valet even remembered our names! We only stayed two nights, but we had a blast, and everything is mostly walking distance. We only took an uber to Ball Arena for a concert. Hotel was even decorated with fun Halloween decor. It was fun!
