We go there to ski in Summit County so locations to the west are far more convenient, but we decided to stay in Denver this time to see more of the city itself. All the main attractions are quite good and we recommend getting the Denver City Pass in advance which saves a lot of money on entrance fees. We especially enjoyed the Aquarium, went to the neat little bar for happy hour afterward, then stayed for dinner downstairs in the main restaurant, (this validates a parking refund), which offers excellent cuisine, and mesmerizing entertainment from the constantly roving fish in the huge floor to ceiling tank along one entire wall. The Science Museum is at one end of Centennial Park, close to the Zoo and lakes, free parking and walking access to the entire park.

So much to do here!
So much to do here! Food is incredible, shopping is top notch and of course the mountains are so beautiful with small towns, local art and trails to explore. The people are open and friendly and the culture is easy going and accepting. I am planning to relocate here in the near future.

Mountains and the weather was nice.
Mountains and the weather was nice. Didn’t feel as cold and I briefed better. I didn’t care for the highway. A lot of one way traffic . I wished the hotels had shuttles to take you places. Tour buses that could pick you up and show you around the city. Parking is expensive .
My name is Selena , my mother and youngest daughter visited my oldest daughter who moved to Denver in July.

Very central location, close to everything. Staff extremely helpful and kind. They were available to show the hotel and the types of room before completing the reservation (which I asked after my awful experience with Holiday Inn Downtown Denver IGH). They also accommodated our requests about splitting the bill between two cards. Large room, clean and matching the description. AC perfectly working and silent. The breakfast was very good.
First of all, the housekeeping service, Sandra was amazing, I hope I'm remembering her name correctly. Thank you so much! She kept the room clean every day even when we left the hotel a bit late sometimes. The location is not the best but it's better not to pay for the hotel 3x more in downtown. We used Uber to go downtown from the hotel and it costs around 15$.
