Mountains and the weather was nice. Didn’t feel as cold and I briefed better. I didn’t care for the highway. A lot of one way traffic . I wished the hotels had shuttles to take you places. Tour buses that could pick you up and show you around the city. Parking is expensive .

Denver is a beautiful and easy to navigate city.
Denver is a beautiful and easy to navigate city. This was my first time visiting, and there are a lot of fun museums to visit. However, there is construction everywhere which was a bit frustrating. After leaving Denver, I visited Boulder and Estes Park, which are two areas that I would have preferred to spend more time in. There were some really great restaurants, especially West...the chicken pot pie was delicious. I was surprised at the number of unhoused people in the area, and saw several folks zoning out, which was not my favorite thing, but I guess it could be worse. The only other complaint is that the majority of the Uber drivers we had were not very pleasant, but we got to where we needed to, so that's fine.

Denver downtown was a pleasant surprise, much better than expected. Too bad many places have gone out of business for various reasons (Pandemic, Road construction works, etc.). Public transportation was very easy to use and very good.

As far as Denver itself I found that it was a little boring for an out of town visitor.
Not too many sights, historic attractions ... but then again maybe my expectations were too high in that regard coming form a very historic city like Boston.
Enjoyed the State Capitol Building tour very much, and the Zoo was good for a half day visit.
Larimer Sq, their "historic" center was sadly desserted feeling on a Saturday evening. It kind of reminded me of what I remember Pioneer Square in Seattle was like years ago.
There are a lot of homeless people all around the downtown area, again something we're not so used to seeing in East coast cities (dont know why that is).
Denver Airport is WAY too far out of the city itself, situated in a vast open prairie miles outside the center of town. However there is a light rail line going out there if you should need it.
In general I would say that it's probably a nice city to live in, but not particularly exciting for tourists.
The main reason most tourists fly into Denver I assume is not to linger in the city too long, but instead head for the mountains, which are spectacularly beautiful and really well worth visiting for sure.

Lots of potential but someone felt like there wasn’t enough to do. Main shopping street is being rebuild so it’s hard to walk around. There are plenty of restaurant, coffee shops and bars downtown, so at least you can get to walk around and try different places.
Be aware that there are lots of homeless people everywhere, not dangerous, but we were not expecting to see those many people on the streets, all streets…

Enjoyed a concert at Mile High.
Enjoyed a concert at Mile High.
Very limited taxis and transportation back to hotel not that far away after concert. Poorly organized, many people walking around lost. Police sent everyone down a street and there were zero cabs or Lifts or UBers. terrible.
Pay for parking at hotel is a rip off.
Traffic pretty bad.
Kind of a very industrial type city, trying to be hip with all the dispensaries, and head shops.
Its not the worst place to visit, but horrendous traffic getting out of town for the mountains to the west.

The hotel is in a great location, very walkable to all downtown Denver attractions and lots of great restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable. Good size, nice windows, nice shower, and comfortable bed. The fitness facility is very good. There were plenty of machines and weights--every morning there were 4-6 people exercising and it was easy to accommodate them all. The staff were very nice and attentive.
Property is located in downtown area. 16th street mall is just a few blocks from the property. Hotel is in good condition. Washrooms were clean and functioning, and other facilities were also available.
near airport on train line for east trip into Denver downtown. staff very friendly - front desk checked me in for early arrival which was super appreciated.
This hotel offered the best value in downtown Denver a couple of minutes walking distance to the Colorado Convention center and the main shopping street.
