This is a spectacular property, very thoughtful furnishings, superbly clean. Even the bathroom and air vents are spotless. The room has mostly tile floors which we loved. The staff was also very kind and helpful. We thought it all a great value.

The property is new, it’s so chic and it’s close to everything! The staff was so customer focused, and friendly especially the young lady bartender from New Jersey she was excellent! This was our first stay and we will definitely stay again. Absolutely loved it!

We got up at 7.00 am and walked along the boardwalk looking...
We got up at 7.00 am and walked along the boardwalk looking at all the people excercising in the cool of the morning. Probably my favourite time of the day on Ocean drive. The iconic Miami Beach. People playing volleyball etc. we had breakfast at The Betsy Hotel 144 Ocean Drive. Expensive but worth it. We ate on the terrace watching the world go by. The Versace House on Ocean Drive is now a restaurant, people were taking photos of themselves outside which all seemed a bit disrespectful and ghoulish.

Too crowded and out of control.
Too crowded and out of control. People playing football next to our dinner table and had the ball nearly hit us a few times. Pot smoke every where so plan on getting high just walking down the street. This is not the South Beach ten years ago. Go to Ft Lauderdale if you want less craziness.

Watch eating on ocean drive.. Side from them being super annoying you always have to check your bill for added charges they tried to charge me $45 for four cokes.. go to the Clevelander Steve is the best bartender...

Location is amazing, few steps and you are on Ocean drive. Hostel was very nice and clean with 2 pools and bar for the guests, workers were always helpful, the AC in the room was working great, beds were comfortable.
Hotel was clean, pretty, and quite even when right on ocean drive. Love that the restaurant gave a 20% discount to hotel residents. Staff was very nice
Good hotel in an excellent location, within walking distance to Ocean Drive. The free parking nearby is a big bonus, making it convenient for those with cars.
The location is superb. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the beach, Ocean drive, Lincoln Ave, Washington, etc.
We enjoyed how easy it was to access the beach and the pool was also great.

1. location - close to Ocean Drive, Washington Avenue, Beach with a lot's of restaruants (11th street diner!)
2. despite the music and swimming pool - it was quiet (room with the pool view)

Superb location for both the beach and every attraction on the Ocean Drive. The hotel has character - we loved the jazz in the evening, the reading room in the afternoon, the rooftop pool in the evening, and of course the Orb (and the overall design). The staff were amazing: special shoutout to the cleaning staff - as soon as we put the "clean the room" sign, it was taken care of! Loved our stay in the not-so-busy season.
I loved the location. It was very close to the beach and a 30 min walking distance from Ocean Drive, but if you're not into walking. The free Trolley passes very close to the hotel so you can arrive f.eg. in Lincoln Road easily. The room was clean, the staff was nice. I would definitely chose it again
We really loved Karol’s apartment. It actually bigger in real life than in pictures. You can see even bit of a ocean from living room window :) I know it has not been advertised but pretty cool

I've stayed in many places in Miami Beach, and this location is ideally situated on Ocean Drive. It's in a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle, directly across from the beach and Starbucks, and near the Betsy Hotel, where you can enjoy a great dinner and drinks at the piano bar. It felt like having my own apartment with everything I needed, perfect for families with kids. We plan to stay here every summer.
The room was clean, which was very important to us. The hotel is located right on the famous Ocean Drive, the busiest and most well-known spot in Miami Beach.
