Nico was so helpful and friendly. We arrived late at night and made it so easy for us. Our room was so comfortable, warm and welcoming. Snacks in the kitchen, breakfast was awesome, and we met some really nice people. Will definitely be back.

    best zoo by far and free. we caught a bus from our hotel making it such a cheap day out. animal enclosures were great and we loved seeing the pandas. you need all day here to see everything. well worth going regardless of age. a little hilly in parts but manageable and wide open pathways
