Heated pool was a fantastic surprise which we enjoyed a lot, espcecially because we were not very lucky with the weather. The hotel is located just a stonethrow away from the busy Duval str, but the area is quiet and nice. We liked everything and would definitely come back.

Did not go this time since Hurricane Helene was off the west coast and we had rain three out of four evenings. But we were able to get out every afternoon! But we always enjoy the entertainment provided by mostly local folks, a variety of acts and art.

If your in either a golf cart or car get there extra early for a good parking spot there's a good cuban restaurant right by the parking lot or have a cocktail check out the street performers always a hoot take a stroll bunch of good restaurants the aquarium is there

Location location this was great you were a block maybe two away from Sloppy Joe's and Deval Street close to Mallory Square you are off the beaten path but close to everything I would recommend this it was wonderful I felt safe staying there after hours they lock the gate so you had a key to get in but I could walk back to my room feeling safe it was a wonderful place to stay the staff was wonderful this will be my new place every time I come to the Keys now which is once a year
The location was Great! Right next to Mallory Square and a great view of the water and the cruise ships coming in. It has its own restaurant, which was very nice-good food-great service. Very nicely situated to Duval and White Streets. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Nice location near the quiet end of Duval street but walkable to the other end and Mallory square. Lovely and clean and spacious room. Pool looked great but didn’t get chance to use it.
A lovely little hotel, quiet, pretty , if feels quite special. Wine and cheese time from 5-7, friendly staff, pool towels, everything was good. Walking distance ( 15-20mins) to Mallory square etc.
Location is great on Fleming St - walkable to harbour, Duval St and Mallory Square with the free Duval Loop bus passing right in front.

We loved everything about Courtney's Place. Our room was comfortable. Great location, we walked to Hemingway House & Museum, Duvall Street, Mallory Square, Sloppy Joe's and more. Staff was friendly, helpful, fun & went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was quick with several choices.
Super cute little hotel right in the heart of Duval street, but far enough from the Mallory Square end that it's not totally crazy outside. Tons of great restaurants and bars within a few blocks. Nice little pool and adjoining bar. Our room had a large deck with chairs that faced into some palm trees at the edge of the property. Really nice spot to read in the morning or just chill whenever.

The best way to watch the sunset in Key West is either to go out on an organised catamaran trip, OR go towards Mallory Square but instead of heading to the very front where the restaurant is and standing with everyone, go to the docks where there are a number of benches facing the sunset. These are often empty (Surprisingly) and there isn't the noise from a "Cat performer" that there is in mallory square. That being said, on another evening go watch the performance, it is very entertaining :D
