Location convenient to high end mall. Breakfast offerings included hot breakfast items was equal to that type of breakfast at other hotels. Very clean rooms. View for half of the hotel was delivery alley. Many nice restauarnts nearby walkable.

We were in town for my sister's surgery at Vanderbilt. I was concerned that the hotel would not be clean enough post surgery because we had to stay in a digital day and a half after my sister was discharged. But the entire State our room was playing with the facilities were clean, and we even got extra towels washcloths and pillows when we asked for them. The hotel staff is very nice. The only glitch that happened was during our second night, we got locked out of the hotel room because the key card machine glitched. We were standing outside of our room for upwards 30 minutes while they tried to figure it out but still everyone was nice.

I never spent the night there. I had prepaid in full for THREE nights through Booking . Com. I stayed with my grand daughter Sat and Sun although checked in Sat. When I got there Monday I tried to use the pass card and it would not open my door. I went back to the front desk and the clerk told I was registered for only two nights. I didn’t have any of the papers with me. They were very unconcerned. I told them I had left my luggage outside my door and would have to go back to 4th floor and get it. They did NOT offfer to help- not even an elevator card so I had to wait until someone showed up to use the elevator. Same for the trip down. I am an 88 yr old Marine vet-disabled but not from military- and was surprised at how unsympathetic and unhelpful and rude the white clerk was. The young lady of color just watched. I told them I had fought a war so that we could live in a free country but that made no difference to them. I have been a Hilton honors customer for 25 yrs and will always be but never at Green Hills again. I would appreciate a call from the manager. 423-943-1569. Thanks for reading. Henry J Williams
