It's too expensive. Bands aren't as good as they're supposed to be. Stores are the same as everywhere else. You have to pay for parking. Since when do I have to pay for this in the US ?
If I had to do it again, I'd spend more time in the museums & Priest Lake Park. A single night on Broadway is enough.
Beer & Bourbon are between $8 & 10.

Vibrant city. Food and drink tour to start was amazing. Grand Ol Opry visit though getting there was not easy on a Friday. College football on Saturday with a walk down music row. Bars here were also a good time. Needed more time than the 3 day weekend for museums and whiskey tasting!!!

A very busy city suitable for a few days stay.
A very busy city suitable for a few days stay. Broadway is very busy at all times but has a large selection of live music and alcohol for partying.
Booking a walking tour is recommended to see the history of the city.
Recommend getting out of the city to see other sights and get food.

Nashville has a lot to offer tourists.
Nashville has a lot to offer tourists. We went to the Grand Ole Opry and had a great time listening to the singers and seeing the square dancers. It took me back to my childhood of watching it on TV with my mom, grandma, sister and cousins. Broadway was a whole other atmosphere. It is booming with tons of people, variety of music and good food. to eat. However, it is very pricey! So be prepared. Ubers were reasonable for transportation to Broadway and back to our hotel. We also took the one-hour tour bus. The only interesting thing I saw on that was the Pantheon, but it was from a long distance. So save your money and drive downtown.

Nashville was a blast!
Nashville was a blast! We were only there a short time (1 day, 2 nights) so really only spent time on Honky Tonk Highway. It was two moms with our 21 year old daughters and all loved it! So many fun places with live music. Be ready for crowds but well worth it! Staying within walking distance from that area was key. Would definitely go back!!
