No breakfast is served; a fully equipped kitchen is provided. All is clean, comfortable, a bed is good, a room is of the adequate size. Great shower. Washer and dryer provided in the bathroom. I liked the building (historical skyscraper) and the area - it is walking distance from major concert halls. I liked the hall where very interesting books were offered for reading.

A really convenient place to stay in Philadelphia. Outdoor (reserved) parking is adjacent to the building. Kitchen is well stocked. The pizza place downstairs had good looking pizza, really good valued sandwiches.

Amazing location. Easy walk downtown or to South Philly. You're basically within a mile of everywhere you could want to go. Ben Franklin's burial site is right behind the hotel and the Liberty Bell, National Constitution Center, and Independence Hall are across the street from that. Plenty of public transportation options close by as well.
The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. Independence Hall sits diagonally across the street from the hotel. From our 7th floor window we could see Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. We were able to walk to all of the historic sites and restaurants. We did have to take an UBER to the zoo and the Academy of Music. The complimentary breakfast offerings were really good and varied.
The location was ideal, and was within walking distance to several tourist destinations (Liberty Bell, Redding Market, etc.). The property was clean, and housekeeping did a great job during our stay.
In the heart of downtown everything was walking distance the Liberty Bell better turnover market shopping and also the art district everywhere we walk it was no more in about three to four blocks from the hotel I will recommend this hotel to anyone that go to Philly they would love that area full bars restaurants lots of views good prices in that neighborhood
The location is a two minute walk from the entrance to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. There is a small breakfast cafe on the first floor and a Wawa Convenience store (no gas) downstairs. Several restaurants in within a five minute walk. The location was very clean. The front door staff was exceptional.
