Spacious and comfortable apartment right at the end of the Main Street street. Plentiful parking, fully equipped kitchen, and an elevator to help get the bags upstairs. This a great value for families visiting Lake Placid.
Such a clean quaint hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff. We hadn’t been to Lake Placid in decades and went by memory of the location we stayed previously. It was not close to where we stayed before, but preferred this location over our previous location. We were near the tennis courts, town park, playground and beach/swimming area. It is convenient to the shops and restaurants and a short drive from Whiteface Mountain!
We like smaller hotels. Our king bedroom was set up with a little kitchenette with a sink and frig and microwave. We had a small table and chairs and a nice TV. This is not a fancy place but it’s all we expected and conveniently located with a nice little back yard with access to Lake Placid via canoe, paddle board or kayak. Nice management as well.
I was very surprised that this is a chain hotel - it feels like a well cared for boutique lodge. The staff was very friendly and personable, the hotel was very clean and the little perks like snacks of popcorn in the lobby, 24 hour hot beverage bar, and games/puzzles for the guests to enjoy made it feel like home. The morning breakfast was good as well, a wide selection to choose from with some variation day to day. The hotel was also had a great location by the lake with easy walking to everything in Lake Placid.

This apartment was perfect for a family stay in Lake Placid. The furniture and kitchen facilities were high quality and everything was clean and new. The location was perfect for walking around Lake Placid - close to downtown, but a couple blocks from the busy areas. Everything went smoothly and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Terrific location in the center of Lake Placid. The restaurant associated with the hotel is excellent and provides room service as well. The rooms are very nice and ours had a balcony overlooking Mirror Lake. The hotel has easy access to a nice mall with cool shops. Great pool and hot tub set up as well. Really a terrific place to stay.
