The hotel was amazing and the staff were so friendly. We booked New York for my 30th birthday and staying at this hotel made it really special. The staff helped my partner arrange flowers and balloons on the day of my birthday and this was really appreciated.
The room was exceptionally clean and had really good facilities, we really couldn’t list anything that we didn’t like or we think could be improved. We have recommended The Wallace to my brother in law and his wife and they have booked for later in the year.
