We were travelling to the US on our honeymoon from Australia and the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans was a highlight of our trip. Our room was beautiful, it was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The room and overall hotel had old school charm mixed with modern luxury. The ameneties within the room and the hotel were fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure every need was met promptly. The staff also kindly arranged champagne to celebrate our special stay.

They say Bourbon Street is for the young and Frenchman...
They say Bourbon Street is for the young and Frenchman Street is for when you're a bit older, calmer and want to hear the music. I did see a lot of young people having fun but the clubs seem cleaner and not as loud. Street musicians are coming back so it will be a colorful, lively place again. Beautiful area with colorful homes and clubs.

Great location. Walkable to the French quarter and Frenchmen street. Nice and clean and we had everything we need (and more). Nice additions such as fridge and additional heater for the cold days.
Communication was prompt and always helpful.
Would stay again! Good value for money!
Beautiful house in historic district. Very quiet. All appliances are in the house. Nice little backyard. Neighbours are very friendly, providing us with information about the neighbourhood. Barracuda is a must visit tacos place. Go to Frenchmen Street for music and bars. Avoid Bourbon Street at all costs.
Loved the area, just perfect for exploring some of the more interesting parts of town, like French Quarter, Frenchmen Street, Marigny and Bywater. Easy to find free parking on the street right outside the place.
This hotel was the perfect place to stay and enjoy the French Quarter. The building is beautiful and historical, with all the creature comforts for a great stay (including extremely comfortable beds!). The hotel is so perfectly situated close to Frenchmen Street, the French Market and Jackson Square, and far enough away from Bourbon street that you don't get any noise pollution. The staff are wonderful and the property is easy to access.
The staff are amazing and so welcoming. Go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Free dinners and social activists most nights. Location was close Frenchmen street like 10min walk which is where the BEST music is. Bed was comfy and had curtain. All in all, an epic hostel.
The hotel is great, the staff is very nice. The room wasn't super big but we only went there to sleep so it's not a complain.
Location is great too, less than 10 min to Bourbon st or Jackson square, 25 to frenchmen street. We had a rental and used valet parking which is very convenient.
Location is just perfect. A few blocks away from all the activity of French Quarter in a quiet street and stone throw from Frenchmen street - a must street to check out in the evening. A hotel with character i.e. wooden floor boards but with everything one need. All super clean
The one thing we liked was the fact that the hotel has an excellent location on the edge of the quarter, and is very convenient for visiting the clubs on Frenchmen Street.
