The Windsor Court, hotel in New Orleans

Just a half-block from Canal Street, this 5-star New Orleans hotel is a 5-minute drive from the French Quarter.

The Salon tea service was delightful and a wonderful experience away from the standard New Orleans. The room was perfect for our family of 5 - large, comfortable, and yet cozy at the same time. We thoroughly enjoyed valeting our car and not needing to use it again until we checked out - the location can't be beat.

They say Bourbon Street is for the young and Frenchman...

They say Bourbon Street is for the young and Frenchman Street is for when you're a bit older, calmer and want to hear the music. I did see a lot of young people having fun but the clubs seem cleaner and not as loud. Street musicians are coming back so it will be a colorful, lively place again. Beautiful area with colorful homes and clubs.

The staff are amazing and so welcoming. Go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Free dinners and social activists most nights. Location was close Frenchmen street like 10min walk which is where the BEST music is. Bed was comfy and had curtain. All in all, an epic hostel.

The location on Frenchmen Street was awesome. Close enough to walk to the French Markets and to catch the street car. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a must with two couples travelling together. We got some tips from the locals about where to eat and so glad we did as we wouldn’t have known some of the places were even there.

The hotel is great, the staff is very nice. The room wasn't super big but we only went there to sleep so it's not a complain. Location is great too, less than 10 min to Bourbon st or Jackson square, 25 to frenchmen street. We had a rental and used valet parking which is very convenient.

Location is just perfect. A few blocks away from all the activity of French Quarter in a quiet street and stone throw from Frenchmen street - a must street to check out in the evening. A hotel with character i.e. wooden floor boards but with everything one need. All super clean

Comfort of a nice private house with all amenities working. Location is great! A quiet little street just off the corner of main attractions, minus the noise, it was quiet even on the Easter night, with all the parades and bars, music clubs nearby. And safe, I felt safe returning from Frenchmen street late in the evening.

The Hotel was near the vintage trolley bus station (that heads to the french market and frenchmen street), Bourbon Street, and the station of the trolley bus that head to garden street. Many coffee shops and restaurants are at a walking distance from the hotel. The area is calm at night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can book city tours at the hotel. The view from the roof top bar was nice.
