We loved the location, away from all the tourist stuff but so close to the subway that you could hop on and be at Central Park in 30 mins! The staff were amazing! We stayed here for our wedding and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything for getting ready for our big day! The hideout bar was also great only downside not open at weekends!

Property staff is very friendly, cleanliness of the hotel, the room was very well kept and great amenities. Also very quiet which is very important for good night and rest. I did not use the gym but checked it out and it was well equipt.

It was very interesting.
It was very interesting. There is a 30 minute film to watch, but we were running out of time to catch the last ferry, so had to miss it. The exhibits were very thought provoking, and it was inside, so it didn't matter that it was stormy outside.

We went to Kung Fu Pho and Saigon Pho which are very good restaurants......
House: The beds and kitchen furniture are IKEA quality which is not bad.
The location is excellent! My husband and I were in town to visit Ellis Island, The Statue of Liberty, and the 9/11 Memorial & Museum….couldn’t have asked for an easier, more cost effective way of traveling and touring each of these landmarks.
Our room had a view of the Manhattan skyline and was beautiful! Location was great as we were going to Liberty Park to go to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Easy walk to restaurants and loved the outdoor area to view skyline. Room was very clean and comfortable. Used valet parking and they had our car brought to us very quickly.
