Staff were friendly and helpful, room was neat and clean, not much of a view however very central to downtown LA - the 24 hour Coffee/Chai tea was most appreciated and simply delicious as was the Breakfast to go!

The room was large and I liked the big two windows which made the room light and had good views. The bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. the coffee provided was good too. I enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of towels and lounges.
