Breakfast was miserable. The pastries were croissants which were awful and a cake which I never saw. The omelette was dire. I gave up with Breakfast and just had a banana

We were upgraded to a lovely suite with two bathrooms and to outdoor decks. It was beautifully decorated, good beds, great towel. Really top notch, charming and large. A little kitchen to make breakfast. The area is quite nice, although I’m not a fan of LA and Hollywood is full of homeless people and full of empty expensive stores. Drab is the word that comes to mind.

A great small hotel with lots of atmosphere.
Lovely room, super comfortable bed and lovely linens. Staff are all very helpful and friendly.
Location in West Hollywood is good - plenty of restaurants & bars around but not too noisy despite being next to the fire station!
Breakfast simple but excellent pastries from a local bakery. Complimentary wine from 5 to 7 was a nice bonus!

The location of the hotel was better than I could have ever imagined. Two minutes walk from the Metro and the bus station, and just next to the Dolby Theater and Hollwood walk of fame. Walking around in the area felt safe. The staff of the hotel was always helpfull and kind and they also upgraded me to a mini suite which had a view of the Hollywood sign so that was amazing. I am so happy with my staying at the Loews Hotel. You made my visit a memory for life.
