We have stayed at the property before, and always love the holiday experience. The walk ability to the plaza is fantastic (even when the temperature is very cold!), the bar and live music is a fantastic way to end the day - highly recommend) and the hotel has an overall charm that is hard to beat!

Great location in the Country Club Plaza with a lot of stores and eatery’s near by. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. They have a restaurant and cool looking bar.
The location was nice. Close to Country Club Plaza. The staff was honest with me about how bad the rooms were. They stated that they wouldn't even stay in the hotel, so I suppose I appreciate their honesty about how bad it was. The front desk clerk was nice when I called to state that I needed to cancel the rest of my stay.
Close to work. Whole condo is spacious. Nicely furnished. Great location walking distance to the Country Club Plaza that has shopping, restaurants and short drive (5 minutes) to nightlife area of Westport for eating and drinking.
The location of the hotel was fine, though it was not easy to find the main entrance. The valet parking staff was very good. The sizes of the bedroom and bathroom were generous. Within walking distance to the Country Club Plaza.
Newer property, clean, friendly staff, stayed to move daughter out of college into an apartment. Good value for money, I usually stay in country club plaza area, first time in this area, would stay again.
Wonderful location. Country Club Plaza is a great place to walk with great restaurant options. Nelson Atkins Art Museum in walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful.
