The view from the window was magnificent, overlooking the beach and the ocean. They even provide you with a pair of binoculars to look at the birds or the tourists on the beach. There was a cool automatic gas fireplace in the room, adding a lot to the feeling of cosiness. The breakfast is delivered to your room at the time of your choosing, which is nice touch.
Andril Fireplace Cottages offers accommodation in Pacific Grove and is situated on 2 acres of land. Barbecue facilities are available on site as well as outdoor seating areas.

We’ve stayed here before so knew what to expect. The accommodation is wonderful: everything has been thought of. Comfortable bed(s), well equipped kitchen, cable TV, small outdoor private space but lots of communal space too. Breakfast and snacks provided. Each room/cottage has a barbecue and a wood burner.
The no 2 bus into Pacific Grove or Monterey stops right outside we discovered this time around!
You can watch the deer in the grounds of the Asilomar Conference Centre as well.
Trader Joe’s and Safeway are a 5/10 minute drive for your supplies.
We would always stay here when visiting.

The location was great, it was just 3 minutes walking distance from the Old Fisherman's Wharf.
We had dinner at the hotel dining, Jack's Monterey. It was also great Californian cuisine, especially chowder and cioppino were our taste!

What can I say? The ocean view was fantastic! Incomparable!
What can I say? The ocean view was fantastic! Incomparable! My favorite place to soak up the ocean atmosphere. Nice walking and riding trail too. Lots of conveniently placed benches from which to gaze at the surf and sky and a nice green belt to lounge in the shade.
