The location was great. Close to central but also quiet location with some great gems near by. The decor of course was stunning.

Loved the invisible-service concept: everything we needed to know what sent to us in advance and worked a treat. We didn’t need to contact the staff to ask any questions. The “did you forget” drawer is such a brilliant simple idea! And I love the fact the room magazine told me where to source every single bit of furniture our decoration in the room.

It was clean, great breakfast and perfect location.
The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk to Philadelphia City Hall and Market. It also offers breakfast and a gym. However, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and everyone had to use the emergency stairs to evacuate. We waited in the lobby for 20 minutes, saw the fire truck arrive and leave, but no staff explained what had happened.
Location of the hotel was fantastic, 5 minute walk from city hall. The hotel staff were friendly at all times and the hotel had great facilities including a roof top bar.

It had lots of space with good furniture. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great, walking distance to city hall about 15minutes, there was a metro station in 10 minutes walking distance. Just around the corner it has a very nice supermarket to do your shopping or have breakfast.
Great central location in Philly Center City. About a 10 minute walk to City Hall and walking distance to South Street, Love Park, Reading Terminal Market and lots of bars and restaurants close by. It is located in an LGBT area of Philly and there is a Walgreens and Wholefoods close by for groceries. Nice clean hotel and room, comfortable bed.
The Staff are fantastic and can't do enough to help, early check in, advice on local amenities and just general assistance. Quinton, Dermot and Shantel are excellent.
Our twin room was pretty spacious and was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent close to City Hall and access to the B and MFL train lines also lots of bars, restaurants and fast food around the hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Philly.

Great location, beautiful apartment in an industrial chic building with lots of charm. There's no real lobby space (a couple of couches inside the door), but we found out that the roof deck has a nice lobby for meeting up after you check out. Plus fabulous views of the city and city hall. Very close to Reading Terminal Market, Chinatown and Center City.
Great location opposite City Hall. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms - clean and well presented linked with hotel being a historic building. Nice public lounges and reception area which were well used by guests, people working 'from home' and meeting friends. Very helpful doorman (Nicholas) who gave us a friendly greeting every time he saw us and suggested places to eat, drink and visit. Interesting art work on display around the hotel.
Great location with one minute to the famous Reading Terminal Market and City Hall.
Decent size rooms and great beds! Nice staff in the hotel made my visit unforgettible!
