Room was modern and comfortable beds were always made up with plenty of clean towels, The desk staff, Cheri and Maria, manager were very helpful in moving us to a higher floor and booking taxis for us .
Very nice location if you want to have an easy and efficient stay in NYC. Very good restaurants around and it is nice to be close the Chelsea market. The room is good in terms of space and cleaning but it is not a 4 star hotel. It is very expensive for the quality. The room was made everyday. Very good service on this aspect.
