The staff was friendly and supportive. The hotel location is good for a shopping in Soho or dining out in Little Italy. Free coffee/tea/water for 24/7 was good. Also there is a communal microwave if you would like to warm up something. Independent shower room was nice to use.

The great thing about this hotel is the location. Its in Chelsea and is a 10 minute walk away from Times Square, Empire State, Chelsea market etc. My family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms are quite standard. The hotel is right in front of a prison and so the whole street is filled with parked cop cars.
