Being right on the water is very nice. The sound of the ocean is relaxing at night. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice surprise. Staff is friendly and helpful. Left wishing I had booked another night there.

The hotel is a little bit older but well maintained. We stayed two nights and the staff was very helpful for providing new towels for our second night. The whole staff was very nice and helpful.

We loved that the property was so private! Especially the backyard and private beach access. We loved that you can borrow all kinds of DVDs and books. They even have games. This motel has multiple types of rooms like a kitchenette or just a room with a frig and microwave. We appreciated the dog bag with a bed and treats. That was so thoughtful.
Quiet location about 5 miles from Yachats with decent restaurant choices. Within 15-20 minutes if Cape Perpetua Scenic area.
We were allowed to use the firepit and had a lovely time watching the sunset. Beach access ( though it is not as close as we had expected). Room was clean . Bed was comfortable.
