The location was wonderful, right on the beach. There was a balcony overlooking the beach, perfect for morning coffee or sunset glass of wine. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the linens were pretty good. The room was nice and clean.

There are covered picnic tables available next to the rooms with an ocean view. The rooms are quiet despite the nearby road. Several sightseeing spots (lighthouse, dunes, beaches, downtown Florence and Newport) are nearby.
