Staff were excellent. Location was perfect - literally down the street from subway and lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Just up street from 9:11 memorial.

The staff was friendly and supportive. The hotel location is good for a shopping in Soho or dining out in Little Italy. Free coffee/tea/water for 24/7 was good. Also there is a communal microwave if you would like to warm up something. Independent shower room was nice to use.
