The location is fantastic. We like the gym and the front desk staff, who are always pleasant and knowledgeable. The rooms are well appointed but are starting to look worn and tired. We like the Rose Restaurant that is part of the hotel too. If you can get a corner room those are the best!

The service!! We arrived hours early and the front desk was immediately accommodating about holding our luggage. The espresso and cappuccino machine in the they pointed us to was a welcome touch since we had just traveled by Amtrak for four hours en route.

A lovely place & good location, a interesting Martin Luther King modern sculpture, plus other historic sculptures & plaques around. Would advise caution as many 'out-of-work people' just hanging out, sometimes begging, in some parts of the park area.

Super location. Boston Public Garden, Boston Common, Chinatown just 2 min walk. Walked to many areas - North End, BackBay, Fenway, Beacon Hill, Esplanade. Kendall at the front desk was fabulous - so friendly and full of helpful information. Nice to have tea/coffee available 24hours in lobby. Our 2 queen room had lot of space between the 2 queen beds. Comfortable beds.
The location was amazing. I loved being so close to Boston Common and Boston Public Garden! We were in walking distance to so many things. The flat was clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and even the pull out sofa was one of the most comfortable pull out sofas that I have ever been on (note: the bottom of the sofa pulled out, so it felt like two twin beds, one on the top part and one on the bottom part). We felt safe and were so grateful that we chose this flat to rent. It was perfect for us!!
Centrally located close to Boston public garden and Boston Common. About a 20-30 minute walk to North End, Faneuil Hall and the marina. Room was very comfortable and no issues with hearing rooms nearby. We had a room on the 16th floor with a nice view. The restaurant on the property was good. I only had breakfast there one morning so not sure how dinner is.The decor is great and well thought out. Staff were friendly and helpful.
