It's presented like an almost impersonal experience but it's not. The staff is present (and kind). The hotel is basic, but good for the price you pay. It's in a good position, ten minutes walk to Barclays Center, fifteen minutes walk to Prospect Park AND one minute walk to Union Street subway station.
