Our favorite in every season! We stop here every time we come! We even saw a bear from the chair lift once playing below! Always visit Willow at the top when you go and look for the heart for a photo op!

Plan to spend your whole day there. great for families.
Plan to spend your whole day there. great for families. beautiful views. great places for pictures. the kids will have a blast and probably wear out the adults. wear good walking shoes, you will need them. Our kids and grandkids took the lift up but there is also an enclosed gondula and truck that can take you up to the top.

This was a fun walking trip, light show and lots to look at. Recommend going at 6pm and adding the light show to it. Food was good, clean, organized, busy, plenty of restrooms. Ride up and down mountain was a good family experience too

LOVE Anakeesta!
LOVE Anakeesta! Kid friendly, some little shops, zip line, mountain coaster. Treetop skywalk. They are building new things up there. Astra Lumina is a must see but does require a separate ticket. Be sure to visit Willow Man.

Go at 8:00pm and you get to see lights, ticket is also good for next day. You will stand in line for at least 1 1/2 hrs befor getting on chair lifts. Either get there at 8:3am or wait till about 4:00pm. Park is nice but food is very expensive, take snacks and buy the drink. Roller coasters can not be viewed from the park area. Great place to visit more improvements are on the way.

May have been on of our favorite things to do in Gatlinburg. The view is breathtaking! Love the ride up, and the ride down. The Walk Among the Trees was beautiful! The view up top was gorgeous! Loved the shops, snacks and beverages too! The whole family was in awe the whole experience ❤️ Going back down the mountains on the lift as the sun set was absolutely perfect!

The location of Greystone is the best! It is next to the Aquarium and across from Anakeesta, along with lots of shopping and restaurants on the parkway. If you get a balcony room, you have a beautiful view of the river. The rooms are very nice and clean, beds are comfortable, and hotel staff are very courteous and friendly. This is our place when we visit Gatlinburg.
Loved the river & balcony. Great pool but we were visiting in January so no pool. The location was great to the main strip, restaurants and Anakeesta. The breakfast was better than many hotels-kudos! We are already talking about coming back next year. The snow was a nice touch. 😉
VERY clean! Rooms were big and the beds were comfy. The location was close enough for pizza delivery and/or trips into town. The view was awesome! We could see Anakeesta at night alongside some Christmas lights.
Location is excellent. 1 short block from Anakeesta. 1/2 block from the shops. Jason Aldean's new restaurant 1 block. Everything in Gatlinburg is walking distance. We never got back in the car until we came home.
Rooms are newer. We stayed in the 4 story building and very quiet, other than outside doors shutting. All room entrances are outside. Nice view of the Sky bridge from this building. Parking plentiful and right at the hotel.
Beds were not rock hard and not too soft, so average.
The location was downtown! Everything was in walking distance from the property. I liked the short cut passage through The Village Shops and its beside Anakeesta and the Aquarium.
The location is the best. It is at the heart of Gatlinburg. Right across the street from the trolley station and also the Anakeesta gondola ride station. There is a Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel as well. The village and Ober mountain are within 5 minutes walking distance. Can't emphasize how perfect the location is. If you are lucky you might also get a river facing balcony with your room ( we got it ).
The decor of the hotel is beautiful. This hotel is conveniently located especially if you’re going to Anakeesta. Rooms are decorated in a tropical theme and very clean!
