This was the second time we were staying in this hotel. Last time we were there during the earthquake and we were very impressed by the way the staff handled the whole situation. This time we were there during the typhoon and they did not let us down. They were exceptionally thoughtful about children and babies and making the family comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located, the air-conditioning was easy to use and had no issues, the bathroom was of a good size and the shower was v easy to use. I appreciate the special water which the hotel uses (was it spring water?) whether for shower or for drinking. The bed was comfy and staff were helpful. Parking was conveniently located across the street from the hotel and absolutely fuss-free. A great hotel to stay at if you’re looking for one in Hualien city.

Excellent location for those travelling by train. The hotel is located in the street opposite the train station.
We had a large, comfortable and quiet room with also a nice small sitting area.
The room has plenty of space to put something on it.
An electric kettle and tea in the room, drinking water in the hallway.
The large shower cubicle in the bathroom was very practical. There was also a bath.
Very nice that the hotel offered free snacks and drinks at 8 pm.

The breakfast was very good but not excellent. There were many options. However, the quality was for group travelers. Many options also were for dinner. Unfortunately, it was too late (starting from 7:00 p.m.) for us. The room was big and comfortable with necessary facilities. And the bigger than queen-sized bed was very nice.
I would add one positive image from their service. Since I checked my credit card payment through the bank account and found the payment was not done. I called the hotel and requested their confirmation about my payment. A lady from their service office or accounting department called me back with much help.
