Everything was perfect! Location was great, on a little street right between all major areas with restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Apartment was clean and well designed, contained everything we needed. The terrace with a view of the Galata tower was a bonus, such a beautiful place to sit and just enjoy being in instanbul. Staff were very friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for more, we will be back

Third time staying here. Rooms are a very good size, air conditioning is excellent.
Location is great, a short walk from the Tophane Metro Station and few minutes from Istiklal.
Plenty of shops and cafés nearby.
Staff very friendly as always.

I stayed 2nights in the room with bathtub and 1night in a standard room. Rooms are clean and had relaxing but stylish designs.
All the staff (literally every single person from receptionists to roomkeepers)were friendly and helpful. I could stay with my 1year old daughter feeling safe and very comfortable.
The buffet style breakfast also changed something every morning. Very delicious. The staff (Emine-san, çok teşekkür ederiz) supported us every morning and my 1year old daugter and I were able to spend a relaxing breakfast time.

If you haven't read the book, you will want to after...
If you haven't read the book, you will want to after visiting here (though reading it beforehand makes it more meaningful). The museum performed a miracle; my teenager and hiss younger brother, once their relatively short attention spans had been filled, say down and started to read copies of the book in the museum, and di not look at the ever-resent mobile phone once. No other museum was able to do this!

The location was great.... In a safe neighborhood, filled with charming antique stores, art galleries and cafes, and the Museum of Innocence just round the corner. Main shopping street Istiklal Caddesi is a 10-minute (uphill) walk away, and so is Istanbul Modern. If you head the opposite direction.
I also loved the stylish interior decor, and the cute breakfast room.
