The staff was friendly, we had enough food. There is a transfer bus to gondola and back however int only about 150 metres to get there (uphill). The man in ski rental was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location with valet parking, very, very comfortable room and extremely comfortable bed, good pillows, top-notch, professional staff, and everything you would expect from a five star hotel in town. Restaurant was very good, breakfast was tasty. The room was very quiet, and we were upgraded to the top floor, which had amazing views. It was a lovely stay.
