The service and the location are exceptional , thanks to our guest relations lady Akmaral arranged everything for us from ski equipments , shuttles to ski to room services …… the hotel includes ski passes and half board , variety of food and taste are great ! Great staff, you can ask them anything and they will help you. The hotel is close to one of the Gondolas and you can ask them how to reach the others with a shuttle. The food was delicious!
