Favorite place that I stayed at in Thailand. Location is great, rooms are impeccably clean. You are surrounded by trees/greenery which makes for a great view despite being in the center of the town. Stayed in a room with a balcony and the view was really nice. Shower is separate from the toilet and they provide aromatic body wash/shampoo that feels very luxury. AC and fan in the room and both work well. Set back from the street and very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Common areas are very nice and a great place to sit and relax.

The location is great. It's another side of the town where it can be calm and peaceful, but you can walk across the bridge to Pai walking street easily if you want. Very convenient! The owners are very kind and friendly. The lady gave me durian when she found out that I love durian. :)
Spacious rooms and a cute private sitting area on the balcony outside the cabin, overlooking the mountains/resort. The pool was decent with sun loungers and loads of seating around it. Out of the main town so it's very peaceful but not too far from Pai Walking Street, especially by bike.
Everthing was done as I requested. Staff followed me to where i needed to drop off a rental bike and rented me their bike. Quiet and relaxed surroundings. Walking distance to pai walking street. Laundry done on time. Staff agreed to share my conract information as a guide in Laos
Very serene place, around 15 mins from the Pai walking street so you can still get some relaxed periods away from the crowd. They have free shuttles to the center as well as an easy way to rent a scooter from the hotel itself. Requests are via Whatsapp and the front desk was quite quick and responsive.
Location is right in the Pai Walking Street which is what you need if you want to get to know the local culture. The place itself has the bare minimum necessities so don't expect the world here. But it does have a bed, great wifi, amazing restaurant downstairs so that's awesome.
I recently visited the guesthouse for the second time, (the 1st time just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic).
