The owner is really lovely, the accommodation was clean and comfortable and quiet which was needed as I had food poisoning. It was conveniently located near the beach, unfortunately the weather wasn't great to enjoy that.

The apartment was ample, very clean, comfortable, and had sea view. The location was very good in downtown, close to the night market and some of the best restaurants in the island. And the owners were super kind and helpful, always available whenever needed.

The room was really clean and nicely equipped with everything you need. The hosts were the sweetest. I got picked up from the pier, for breakfast they always served us fresh fruit and Kim even booked the transport to the airport for me. She and her husband were the kindest making sure we had everything we needed.

The bamboo bungalow is very nice and vey well decorated, especially the soft lightning. As we faced a lot of rain, the Netflix connection came in very handy, but also sitting outside on the terrace watching the rain go by made the days very lazy. The restaurant was good, but there are also other places at walking distance worth to explore. The reception can take care of trips and transport to the ferry/airport, but a tuktuk on the road is also easy to catch.
I had an early ferry leaving Koh Lanta and this was a perfect location as it’s a 5 minute walk. My room exceeded my expectations, extremely clean and modern. The WiFi also was excellent which I found lacking in other parts of the island.
The property is very cozy, tucked on a hill above bamboo beach and another beach close by. The pool and table areas are very nice to hang out. They keep the property very clean and well maintained. You will need a bike to really see Koh Lanta, but they have them really cheap by the ferry or just a little more at the property.
Great place. Definitely more of a party vibe than other reviewers would suggest, but it's a lot of fun! Good staff, overpriced but decent food. Fun events. Nice pool. Easy walk to the beach. Helped book onward ferry.

The beach is okay with little shade and gets shallow with the tide.
There are beach towels, tea kettle and many more things, you just have to ask.

Loved the view of the Andaman Sea. We were only there 2 nights and Mother Nature only cooperated with one beautiful sunset. It was fun watching the monkeys roam around. The hotel coordinated our taxi from the ferry to the hotel, which was nice as it was an AC vehicle for the 2 of us. Very close walking distance down the hill to the little village.
Everything! That's why this is my 4th time staying at Pimalai. I'd say the service quality is one of the best in Thailand. The beach is beautiful, the infinity pool is gorgeous, you can observe sunset in a jacuzzi.
The transfer to / from the hotel is very smooth, i have my 78 yr old dad with me who has difficulty walking, the hotel is very considerate and take us to a van & get to public ferry instead of Pimalai boat, but it went very well and very smooth.
I am so looking forwards to my 5th time at Pimalai.
