Everything!! The pool was so gorgeous and I want one just like it. The reception was helpful and made it easy to book activities, even same day ones! Room was clean and beautiful, our room backed up into some beautiful greenery. It was a small and quaint hotel that I would definitely book again.

This place is great. The staff amazing and helpful. Breakfast here is very good. The location is excellent. Staying here you are very close to the street food at Chiang Mai Gate, close to Saturday walking street, and Wat Pan Whaen which is one of the best places to get Thai massage in the Old City block. Staff is extremely friend and helpful, rooms and shared spaces are always clean, we have all the facilities we need. Although the bathrooms are shared, they are extraordinarily clean. The stay is definitely worth such an affordable price, even beyond expectation. The location is great, only 5 - 10 minutes walk to the center. It is also right next to the Chiang Mai Gate market where we could easily grab breakfast/lunch/street food.
I liked the helpful staff and the comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful without asking too many questions or being intrusive. Also, the location is quite good, once I got my bearings--easy walking distance to Chiang Mai Gate night market and very close to 7-11 and Khlong Mae Hai.
A gem inside of Chiang Mai old city. Just a few minutes from Chiang Mai gate where you can find many night activities (bars, restaurants, etc.) and local food market. The staff are super responsive and nice, very welcoming. Breakfast options are simple (eggs, toast, local fruit and desserts) and fresh. Rooms were sizable and clean and comfortable. Laundry service available at decent rates. Couldn't ask for more on this stay in Chiang Mai. Will return for future visits!

Cola, juice, water, and snacks were refilled everyday. Wonderful breakfast - a variety of dishes including sweeties and fruits.
It's a very pleasure stay for me and my family during our first visit to Chiang Mai. The host and hostess have been very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location is not inside the old city but very close to the Chiang Mai gate and the night market we visited couple of times. Overall, I was very glad and lucky to choose this hotel. The rooms are well laid out and spacious. Most have balconies. There is no elevator but the staff will carry your luggage upstairs. The location on Wua Lai Road means that it is close to the night market and just outside Chiang Mai gate (about a 6 minute walk). The road is also the site of a Sunday Evening Walking Market so you have everything just outside the door. The staff is WONDERFUL. NOTE: There are three hotels/hostels on this property but each is under its own name and manager.
