The room is very large and has a nice bathroom w good water pressure. The hotel is up a high hill- no problem if you have a car. Otherwise it’s a lot of up and down (true of most of the town). Staff was not easily available- best if you have a phone that works In Slovakia to call them. In the modern wing there seems to be a kitchen to use - I was never informed of this- so you may wish to clarify who gets to use it and what’s in it. Overall if you have a car and know the area it would be a good choice.

This is a gem of a hotel. It is smaller but has all the amenities of a large luxury hotel. Everything from the spa (which is included in the room rate) to the bar service, to the tableware at breakfast, to the robes and pillows on the bed is 5 star. It seems every detail was well thought out-
Oh, and the carpet in our room felt like silk.
The staff was the best I have ever encountered. Every single person working at ERB was kind and thoughtful. They were eager to make our vacation perfect. Thank you!
If we ever return to Slovakia we will stay at the ERB again.

Very nicely designed and decorated boutique rooms, filled with antique furniture and books. Our suite has a separate entrance and includes a sitting area, kitchen, dinette besides main bedroom. Room is very quiet away from the main road. Location is perfect in the heart of the historic old town.
