Quality is ok, but not fitting the price which is riddiculous. Overcrowded, not really children friendly. One dedicated kids area had oce cold hose water, another i couldnt find, only to see it behind the glass upon leaving. Kids pool was nice but too small. Be carefull with your kids, they will be given a chip with 50€ debit they can use to buy food. And also the chip is likely to unfasten and slip of your wrist, if that happens they will charge you 60€, or you can report it and lock it for 15€.
One thing i have to admit is that the water is very nice and feels very soft.
I have traveled to Poprad to visit Aquacity, but were dissapointed overall.

Regular hotel for short stay in a good location and good breakfast.
If you are going to visit AquaCity Poprad ask the hotel staff about discount before you buy the ticket on website. In hotel there is much better offer for all-day ticket than on Aquacity's official webstore.
I had a pleasant stay at Hotel AquaCity Poprad. The room was comfortable and nice. The aqua park was spacious, offering plenty of fun and entertainment. I particularly enjoyed the thermal pool – it was a relaxing experience.
Very nice and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and tidy. Good wifi quality. There is a bar and relax area in the main facility where you can enjoy wine and snacks - we were happy to spend time there in the evening as we arrived on a very rainy day and it was a great alternative for driving to some restaurant downtown. Guests get a discount card for Aquacity Poprad but if you want to go there, remember to check the opening times as the pools get closed quite early.

Very nice and cosy Rooms. Stylish wooden stairs, furnitures and lots of elements. Very friendly owners :) Dogs friendly enviroment, great location to see Poprad, Slovakian Paradise, Tree Top Walk, Aquacity Poprad, Tricklandia and Slovakian part of Tatra mountains:) it was great to have possibillity to park behind the gate at the back of the property.

This boutique hotel is in an old building renovated with the highest taste - every detail is selected here with the utmost care. The bed is very big and comfortable. Everything in this hotel is beautiful and you want to take a picture everywhere. Breakfast is amazing - everything is fresh and high quality. The choice was not large, but there was everything you needed. Very good coffee & tea! 5/5! When I was in the hotel, the entrance to Aquacity Poprad was for free!
