The hotel is A+ for the location in the center and very friendly staff to give us welcome drink. The room is facing the street so we could see the old town but very quiet. The breakfast is well prepared and staff is patient to take pictures for us. Every time we ask questions, is it short time to receive response. If you go to Ljubljana, it is the idle place to stay, we recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is brand new, so it is very clean and in great shape. The decor is tasteful and sleek. We visited in February, so likely lower prices, but I found the value for money to be great - we had a large room with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. The breakfast was also nice (eggs, bacon, pastries, meats, cheeses, cereal) and served in a cute breakfast room with views of the courtyard. The location is also great - you can walk to the Dragon Bridge and the base of the castle hill in about ten minutes.

The 2 gentlemen at the hotel's reception were so professional and friendly.
I would like to highlight Nejc, who helped us check in and gave great suggestions for meals and shopping.
He also informed us about the flat tire on our rental car, plus he reached out to the company to insist they exchange the car at the hotel, saving us a trip to the airport.
All the while, he kept apologizing for the inconvenience, that they most likely caused the puncture while parking the car on my behalf. I can't see how this is the hotel's fault.
