Alan the concierge stood out as one of your best!! He helped us in so many ways; directions, advice of places to go, helping with taxis and our luggage’s. A very fine young man who exemplifies the great services Marina Bay Sands provide!! Spago hosts and staff also made our breakfast and dinner enjoyable. We had guests join us for dinner and they loved the food , service and ambiance!

Must have your passport and visa docs to get in as well as to get out. A bit of a pain. The casino is also not a smoke free place and the tobacco smoke is quite unpleasant in there particularly when the person beside you lights up..

They offer rooms facing the gardens or city.
They offer rooms facing the gardens or city. I prefer garden side as you can see the lights at night. Rooms are amazing of course, you get entry to the pool as a guest. They offer a buffet but not too impressed so go for the restaurants instead. Very close to huge shopping mall and Marina and very well connected walkways. Great service, can get busy on the lower floors.
