It’s a very good choice given the price. we stayed there with our 6-year-old daughter and took the King room which was excellent (came with king size bed and separate sitting room with sofa etc). new building and very clean, staff was great. great experience overall.
Location: very good according to my needs ie we had a car so free parking was good. we never walked as took taxi or Uber every time (only SAR 15 one way). I think its about 20 mins (ish) walk to Haram but if you have a child/children with you then its not a good idea so look for something else.

The staff and uniformed police could be trained to be polite / respectful to the visitors and stop being rude to and impolite to the foreigners.
They could also be encouraged to learn English the common language of the world to communicate better, as they should realise that not all visitors speak nor understand Arabic language.

I have to the masjid several times but each time I face it it is new. The one and only place that I am never tired of visiting. I sincerely commend the Saudi authorities in crowd control but they went too far to allow access only once during a visit.

if u want to go in mutaaf and want to do tuwaaf near kaba then you must wear ehram.
Try to eat less for better performance with respect to wudhu.
keep drinking water it will help u to stay fresh and hydrated.
dont try to kiss black stone because there are so many people try to do it at the same time and hurt each other which kills the whole concept and purpose of going there.

For the first timer, make sure you carry a small backpack that carries you slippers, medicine, 500 ml water bottle, regular belt, large head scarf (protect against scorching heat). Drink lot of fluids. Avoid soda drinks. Gargle a lot with hot water. This will remedy chest infection.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, thanks to Dawud, who did an amazing job. Every detail was taken care of, making the room feel cozy and welcoming. I was also able to check-in as early as 8am. The service overall was excellent, and the 24-hour bus shuttle service to Haram was incredibly convenient. It was just a 10-minute walk to Masjid Al Haram from there, which made everything so much easier. Highly recommend!
My family and I are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it is 2-3 kilometers away from Masjid Al Haram and there are not many restaurants or shops in the hotel area, but that is not a problem, we can buy things from the Masjid Al Haram area and eat at the hotel. All the staff are very friendly, especially the cleaning staff named Jamal. All the staff do a great job. I would like to express my sincere appreciation.

The hotel facilities were excellent and conveniently located near Masjid Al Haram. There is a reliable shuttle service available for the 5 minute walk. The staff, including receptionists, chefs, and housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.
The room service staff, Mahmood, was exceptional, meeting all our needs, cleaning the room while replenishing waters, teas, and other amenities. Ali from the spice market was also great, always welcoming us with a warm smile each morning. Highly recommend this hotel.
