The staff and uniformed police could be trained to be polite / respectful to the visitors and stop being rude to and impolite to the foreigners.
They could also be encouraged to learn English the common language of the world to communicate better, as they should realise that not all visitors speak nor understand Arabic language.

I have to the masjid several times but each time I face it it is new. The one and only place that I am never tired of visiting. I sincerely commend the Saudi authorities in crowd control but they went too far to allow access only once during a visit.

Best time to do umrah and tuwaaf is from asar till fajar.
Best time to do umrah and tuwaaf is from asar till fajar.
if u want to go in mutaaf and want to do tuwaaf near kaba then you must wear ehram.
Try to eat less for better performance with respect to wudhu.
keep drinking water it will help u to stay fresh and hydrated.
dont try to kiss black stone because there are so many people try to do it at the same time and hurt each other which kills the whole concept and purpose of going there.

It is most sacred mosque in the world.
It is most sacred mosque in the world. For the first timer, make sure you carry a small backpack that carries you slippers, medicine, 500 ml water bottle, regular belt, large head scarf (protect against scorching heat). Drink lot of fluids. Avoid soda drinks. Gargle a lot with hot water. This will remedy chest infection.

Nice place . I stayed with the kids. The staff is very nice and the special Saif is very helpful.
10-15 minutes to walk masjid Al haram. Shops are very near. It's easy to get a taxi from the hotel.
My stay at Al Kiswah Tower 1 was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out with their warm hospitality and professionalism, always ready to assist with a smile, Cleanliness, location conveniently close to Masjid Al Haram, the area around the hotel is vibrant, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and essential stores, making it easy to find anything you might need.
My family and I are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it is 1 kilometers away from Masjid Al Haram and there are many restaurants or shops in the hotel area, but that is not a problem, we can buy things from the Masjid Al Haram area and eat at the hotel. All the staff are very friendly, especially the cleaning staff saidur Hira. All the staff do a great job. I would like to express my sincere appreciation.
The hotel was good. Spacious room and comfortable beddings. They provided extra mattress and blanket as we required. There is parking issue butvwe were fortunate that we captured one slot in front of the hotel. There are 5/6 spaces only.
Location is far away from.masjid al haram . you cant walk to masjid al haram and youbwill always have to take taxi
The location is really at its best. Just a 10-15mins walk to the entrance of Masjid Al Haram.
Requested high floor, so we could able to see the Masjid Al Haram very clearly (not the Kaaba itself).
Below the hotel got many shops and the food at Gaza restaurant (opposite to the hotel entrance) is nice as well Alhamdhulillah.
The staff were very accommodating. The environment was clean, and the facilities were awesome.
The shuttle bus was so handy that it made life easier to get to and from the Masjid Al Haram.
The receptionist, Yousef Khalid, and team Asim, Minhoz, and Ronim were amazing. We were given extended checkout time. We would definitely use the hotel again.
The location was good. The hotel has its own shuttle service to Masjid Al Haram, but it's also very close to one of the Makkah bus stops. There are some good restaurants and some pharmacies around. The lobby was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. There was a small fridge and a kitchenette. The wardrobe has a lot of hangers, which were quite useful. The window was adequate for the room and the AC worked well.
