I booked it on booking.com. Reached like 1200 but they said check in only possible after 1400 so waited for 2 hours. At 1400, they asked to wait to check for availability of room. Earlier they said no room available. I told them i have booking confirmation from booking.com. It took them some time to understand and allot me a room.
Indian/ Bangali guy at reception was extremely rude. Saudi guy was nice and accommodating.
