The room was clean and comfortable. Location was ideal. However, there was a power outage for about an hour and the staff did not explain why it happened. After we checked-out, they made us stop at the reception and said they were going to check the room. After 10 minutes they said its ok, you can leave. First time this has happened during our stay in several hotels in KSA. After a couple of hours they called us to say we damaged the bed. Actually, the back rest fell off as soon as we laid on the bed and I informed the house keeping guy who spoke broken Urdu/Hindi and no English. He just kept saying "kharban, kharban", means broken. They should have used common sense and simply asked themselves, how could anyone possibly break a bed? Did they think we brought hammers with us to break it down? That was extremely disappointing.

They give you flat like hotel with two toilets open plan livingroom with kitchen and toilets were good too. Hotel was very clean and room were spacious. If you are going for Masjid Nabwi on Uber you need only 20 SAR. But for location as hotel is 10km far from Medinah centre hotel was bit expensive.
