If you want to visit the castle, don’t stay in Bran, make it a day visit from Brasov which is much nicer
If you want to explore a great spooky castle without everything roped off and out of bounds, visit Corbin Castle in Hunedoara which is much better bang for fang

We went there for our son's wedding and it was in the grounds and the party in the castle r until 5am. We were given a tour which was very informative and the whole experience was hugely memorable!

Absolutely stunning hotel located close to bran castle - view of castle incredible - we stayed in the Dracula room which was spacious - bed super comfy and toasty warm . Bathroom was beautiful - this room has the wow factor and I would definitely stay here again - breakfast was in the next hotel which is another part of this hotel and again was amazing . We arrived early and was checked in at 2pm so thank you so much xxxxx
The property was nice and about a 15 minute walk from bran castle which was perfect. The hotel had a restaurant area which we stopped at for lunch before checking out, the food was nice and affordable. The main manager was friendly and welcoming. Beds comfortable. Manager also allowed us to check in early and was very kind about me booking for a single person by accident and allowed me to pay a small charge on arrival.
The location of the apartment is great. Parking is provided in the yard, but a bit tricky to get in and out as the path is very narrow. At least, you do not have to find and pay for parking outside as in tourist season it is ultra full.
Our room was very clean and had what we needed.
There are plenty of stores near, so you can buy what you need.
The Bran Castle and Village museum are at 5 minute walking distance.
Nice hotel at good location close pedestrian zone and Bran Castle. We enjoyed watching how sunrise and sunset enlights Bran Castle directly from your hotel room. There are plenty of parking places at hotel premises included in cost which is handy because Bran is very busy and overcrowded during turistic season. You can eat breakfast outside on terrace, plenty of choices for breakfast.
Several nice rest areas inside and outisde of the hotel where you can sit and relax. We loved atrium with many flowers.
Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly hostess and the check-in was quick and easy. Our room was somewhat outdated (fits the atmosphere well though) and hot (no A/C) but clean and the view from the private balcony is beautiful. The restaurant is charming, breakfast was ok, parking infront of the hotel and walking distance to Bran Castle. Defintely a good option in Bran!

Very comfortable hotel. We cane at about 11:30 pm and they let us in. Show the room at once. Give a parking place.

Location was excellent, view from room of Bran castle must be the best available (& windows open fully). Easy, free, secure parking behind hotel. Breakfast & dinner in the garden was very good. Owners very welcoming and helpful - assisted with booking a bear watching trip up in the mountains for the next day - luckily they could fit me in, but would recommend personally phoning a few days in advance to avoid missing out (a number of bear watching companies are listed in the Rough Guide to Romania book) - definitely worth doing.
The hotel is a bit older and you can see it on it. However, it is in a beautiful location, with direct views of Bran Castle from the restaurant and balconies. And I must mention the bed - huge and comfortable. There is also a really nice staff, the best we have met during our stay in Romania. The food in the restaurant tastes great (we had pasta, ribs and lava cake). I prefer a sweet breakfast, so I didn't eat much, but my boyfriend was satisfied (there was an interesting selection of canapes and egg dishes). :)
