The staff was very kind, always ready to help and always with a smile on their faces. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very rich and excellent. The lunches and dinners were also good and special. The terrace with the hotel garden is also very special and well-kept, it is simply a pleasure to sit in the garden outside. And no less important, the location of the hotel is perfect!
This hotel features uniquely decorated rooms on Alegria Square. Renovated in 2016, the Hotel features a Romantic-style décor, with authentic Portuguese antiques.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Ines was exception in her guest relations. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and compliments to the chef for his baking goods.The hotel was well located, clean and comfortable.

Heritage Avenida Liberdade is in a great location for exploring Lisbon, this is the second time we’ve stayed here. The rooms are comfortable and large the amenities are curated well and the staff friendly and helpful. I certainly would book and stay here again.
